Worked as assistant decorator for Roman Polanski’s movie, made in 2010, a contemporary comedy drama. The decors are varied (Parisian bistros, museum of natural history, art gallery, Chinese restaurant, a carwash, Parisian and Brussels outdoors scenes, etc. Construction of the main set, made entirely in the studio; decor of a Haus- mann style apartment of 400 m2 (Versailles style parquet, mouldings and chimneys; decoration by works of various contemporary artists).

After a successful run with Sibling, Katie Eary and Rihanna, River Island launched their annual Design Forum collaboration for 2017 with British jewelry designer Dominic Jones. The range of nine limited edition accessories was inspired by the Venus Fly Trap.

WSS was brought on by director Joachim Johnson to produce a short film with model Ashley Smiththat featured the accessories in an abstract, playful manner.

The piece aired during London Fashion Weekʼs Fashion Film event as part of the British Fashion Councilʼs Fashion Film initiative. Sponsored by River Island, the initiative aims to develop relationships between fashion designers and filmmakers and recognizes the ongoing development of fashion film as an important medium in the industry.

Worked as assistant decorator in design and drawing on the film “coco avant Chanel” by Anne Fontaine, made in 2008. This film portrays Coco Chanel’s childhood through her first moment of Glory... Coco Chanel’s store embodies the modern woman before the concept was invented. It is a particular film d’époque, which had to adapt to Chanel’s rigor and style. To do so, the film’s cast, particularly for costumes and decoration, met several times with Chanel. A dominant graphic aspect in blacks and whites. A refined aesthetic vision. Miniaturised image effects which bring sensibility and authenticity while maintaining a very contemporary approach.
